Hi guys! I like cars especially supercar like Ferrari, so i search some fact about Ferrari and post it in here. Here are some listed facts below.

 

Fact #1:  The very first car built by Enzo Ferrari was the Auto Avio Costruzioni 815, built in 1940.

Fact #2:  All "Dino" Ferraris (road and racing cars) are equipped with a 1.5 liter DOHC V6 engine.  They're named after Enzo's son, Dino, who helped design this engine before his untimely death.

Fact #3:  The 1962-1964 Ferrari 250 GTO is often called the most sought after car in the world.  Only 39 were produced.

Fact #4:  The Ferrari logo, the prancing horse, pays homage to a fallen Italian World War I flying ace, Francesco Baracca, who used the prancing horse symbol on his plane.

Fact #5:  The private racetrack next to the Ferrari factory is called the "Fiorano Circuit."

Fact #6:  Called the most expensive car crash ever, eight Ferraris were involved in a single accident occurring in Shimonoseki, in Southwestern Japan, on December 6, 2011.

Fact #7:  "GTB" on some Ferrari models stands for Gran Turismo Berlinetta.

Fact #8:  Many cars produced by Ferrari have odd names for their colors (i.e. Turchese Molvedo).  What you might not know is that these color titles are named after famous race horses.

Fact #10: On September 12, 2012, a new Guinness Book of World Records was set as 964 Ferraris assembled at the Silverstone UK racetrack.
